2 Days Tsavo East Wildlife Safari
A 2 day, 1 night safari starting from Mombasa to Tsavo East National Park, a premier national park that hosts lots of elephants and maneless lions among other wildlife. Tsavo is a large park that is divided by the Mombasa-Nairobi highway making East and West.
Red-dust elephants are highlight of this safari hence the Big Five (lion, elephant, rhino, buffalo and leopard) can also be seen in Tsavo East.
Safari is in customized pop up roof top minivan which is great for wildlife viewing and photography.
Day 1: Mombasa to Tsavo East (3 hours)
We leave Mombasa at 7:30am and drive through the Mombasa-Nairobi highway. We shall have a stop before Tsavo East’s Bachuma entrance for refreshments and breakfast (not part of safari meal)
Our safari proceeds to the park and start our search for elephants, lions, giraffes, zebra, antelope, buffalo, rhino among other wildlife and birds.
We head for lunch at your chosen safari lodge and afternoon shall be relaxation till 4:00pm for another game viewing drive.
Overnight at your lodge/camp within the park.
Day 2: Tsavo East to Mombasa
Morning game drive is in schedule after having breakfast with a visit to the Aruba dam which spans the Voi River as it attracts high concentration of diverse wildlife.
We shall proceed to Mombasa and have hot lunch enroute.
Drop off at your hotel or airport in Mombasa.
Safari tour price for 2 days Tsavo East with accommodation, shared in a double tent or camp.
